DESCRIPTION: The building consists of two Basement floors housing fifty-seven Parking lots, building services and retail area. The Ground floor contains the building facilities including kids play area and gym for both genders and five typical residential floors. ECOBUILD was appointed to develop the sustainable design, as well as supervise the construction activities. All Suwidi residential building P33 successfully achieved Estidama One Pearl rating.
